Our mission
We bring together users, consultants, developers, decision-makers and partners of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem to foster knowledge sharing, mutual support between members, innovation, adoption of best practices, professional development and the promotion of Microsoft Business Applications technologies in Luxembourg.
ASBL Statutes
The Dynamics 365 User Group Luxembourg association is incorporated as an ASBL (non-profit association) under the Luxembourg law of 7 August 2023 on non-profit associations and foundations. The registered office is established in Luxembourg. The full statutes are available on request from the board of directors.
Governance
The association is run by a board of directors elected at the general assembly by the members. The board is renewed every two years. Each member has one vote in general assembly decisions, ensuring democratic and independent governance.
